This hinged Knee Brace from Nuovahealth is a great knee brace because it offers a lot of support and compression and is ideal if you have suffered a REAL injury opposed to just having the odd niggling aches and pains. For example I used this when I sprained my anterior cruciate ligaments a couple of months ago. Wearing this knee brace really helped with my recovery because it immobilizes your knee and makes sure all the ligaments, tendons and muscles are in the right place to make sure your knee heals properly. The compression is great and really does help ease pain and reduce any inflammation and swelling you might be having. Its also quite comfortable to wear even for really long periods. I owe this knee brace a lot so for me it should be at the top of the list!
After sustaining an acl knee injury a couple months ago my knee has been severely weakened and isn't the same as it used to be. Instead of constantly wearing a big hinged knee brace this knee support brace I have found is perfect for giving my weakened knee extra support, compression and protection that it needs. It has adjustable straps that hold the knee brace in place and can be used to adjust the level of support and compression the the knee brace provides. It has metal springs that are inbuilt in the side of the brace that are good for giving your knee extra stability and help promote better knee movement stopping you from spraining and damaging an already weakened knee joint. This knee brace is also very lightweight and breathable and most of the time I don't even notice I have it on.. overall this is my second favourite knee brace on the list!
This compression knee support sleeve is also a very good choice if you have weakened knees and want more support. It has inbuilt springs for extra stability and the graduated compression is really good at giving you soothing knee pain relief. I wear this knee support sleeve if I am doing sports because out of all the knee braces these are the most lightweight and in my opinion best option for sports.
This open patella knee support brace is a good option if you have injured your patella tendon. Its got straps that wrap around your knee holding the brace in place and a silicone gel knee cap that compresses and support your patella tendon in the correct position. Like other knee braces listed this one also has metal springs that stabilize your knee joint and prevent movement which could cause further damage and injury. Its affordable and you get a lot of support for your buck!
Although a little pricey this pair of copper knee support sleeves are really good for people suffering from arthritis. Its made form a blend of copper nylon material that is scientifically proven to promote blood flow in your knees and ease aches and pains. The copper material will also keep your knees clean because copper has antibacterial properties. The support that these knee sleeves provide is also pretty good and will stop excessive pressure and strain from damaging your knees.
This one is really lightweight and the perfect choice for gym goers and people who love to play sport in my opinion. What this brace is really good at is giving you support when you are squatting or exercising in the gym. The way it works is to improve your form and prevent your knee from moving in a way that could otherwise damage your knee. This knee brace is also really useful for helping ease knee aches and pains thanks to the targeted compression it provides... not only that but this compression can also help improve exercise performance because it supplies fresh oxygenated blood to your knee muscles preventing muscle fatigue and reducing inflammation and swelling. This extra blood flow can also help speed up the healing of damaged tissue in your knee so its a must buy if you have a knee injury or just want to maximise your performance at the gym.
