      No.
      It appears very much as if Cummings is actually in complete charge, and Johnson and his cabinet merely act as mouthpieces for what Cummings says.

      Not to burst any bubbles here… But isnt change.org simply a powerless phishing website set up to gather personal details to spam you and also tries to get you donate to them. Most people arent really aware of this and end up signing these petitions thinking they will help but they dont do anything.

      What do you mean by “this is it”?

      There’s no way they’ll sustain the current level of lockdown for anywhere close to that long. Economically, there’s no way the government could do it and practically, I don’t think they could persuade/force enough of the population to stick with it.

      Although the average lung capacity is 5.8l on average most males only use approx. 2l on a regular basis. Capacity is the volume that can be inflated, at best, with pressure, use is determined by exercise. The more exercise frequently undertaken, the greater will be the lung use.       A lot of electric power grids are too close to capacity and there is very much a tipping point where it all goes wrong. Once the grid goes, everything else starts to go a lot faster…
