  • Oi, if you’re gonna make pizza, you’ve gotta try making a proper deep-dish, mate. I’m talkin’ about a Chicago-style pizza here. Layers upon layers of cheese, sausage, and a chunky tomato sauce! It’s a bit more work, but trust me, it’s worth it. And here’s a tip: use cornmeal in your dough for that authentic texture.

  • Right off the bat, let's burst this bubble: shopping on Amazon is not all it's cracked up to be. Countless people seem to be enchanted by the convenience and variety it offers. But have you ever stopped to think about the real cost behind that shiny new plastic gadget you don't really need?

Many products sold through Amazon are so shoddy. You name it, from electronics that short-circuit in a flash, to toys that break before you can say 'cheap plastic,' you can find it all there. And let's not forget the environmental cost. A massive chunk of these products are manufactured in Chinese factories, notorious for their reckless disregard for environmental standards. These factories, often operating under lax regulations, discharge a cocktail of harmful chemicals into water and air. The long-haul shipping of these items further adds to their carbon footprint.

Now let's talk about morality...or rather lack on any even towards their own workers. This giant platform's business practices have been under scrutiny for a while. Allegations of worker mistreatment, underpay, and poor working conditions aren't just rumors. They are backed by multiple investigative reports. It's not just about a fair wage or decent working conditions; it's about basic human dignity. Amazon despite raking in tons of profits doesn't pay their fair share of tax.. which is a middle finger to all of us who work tirelessly each day and pay our dues.

Next in line is Amazon Prime Video. It's riddled with content that seems to have an agenda, a particular narrative that it’s trying to push. Every show, every movie seems to have a hidden objective: to mold viewers into a specific way of thinking. It's not entertainment; it's subtle indoctrination.

And finally, the pricing. The lack of competition lets them set the prices as they wish. It's no longer about fair trade; it's about capitalizing on their monopoly.

So, the next time you're about to click that 'Buy Now' button, take a moment to think. Is that fleeting convenience worth the long-term consequences? Are we ready to compromise our environment, our dignity, and our freedom of thought for that one-day delivery?

Remember, every dollar we spend is a vote we cast for the kind of world we want. Let's vote wisely.

  • I'm absolutely beside myself, folks. You might recall my fuming anger a couple of months ago when I had issues with Fedex. Well, you will never guess what.. they have done me over again!!!

Unbelievably, my supplier used Fedex to send me 5 parcels without me realizing. This is the first time I've had the misfortune of dealing with them since the last debacle. And guess what?! They dropped the ball... AGAIN. Out of the 5 parcels, they managed to deliver 4. One was even OPEN. What the actual heck? One was missing but marked as delivered. Classic blunder, Fedex!

After being ignored for what felt like a lifetime, I finally got in touch with them. You won't believe what they had to say. Just like the last time, they claimed they had delivered it to an Amazon Warehouse. It's like deja vu, but not the good kind.

I mean, are they intentionally trying to sabotage small businesses? Is that their new business model or something? Their level of incompetence is truly astounding and it's BEYOND frustrating.

So, here's me, warning everyone for the second time. If you're buying anything, for the love of all that is good, double-check that it's not being delivered via Fedex. They're a disaster waiting to happen.

I'm starting to suspect some foul play here. This can't be just a coincidence. Are the delivery drivers involved in some sort of scam? Are they snatching parcels out of batches, hoping nobody notices, and then claiming that they've delivered them to the wrong place? Are they in cahoots with some guys at these warehouses?

It's just chaos, absolute chaos. I'm fuming, folks. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this train wreck. It's just not worth it.

    Well said!
Listen up, you twats. All those who say that climate protests are a bloody inconvenience can shove it up their arses. We need more of these bloody protests, otherwise our planet is going to die a slow and painful death. It's time to pull our heads out of our arses and start taking global warming seriously.

The scientific studies are clear as day. The ice caps are melting at an alarming rate, the sea levels are rising, and the temperatures are getting hotter. If we don't start taking action now, we're going to be up shit creek without a paddle. And who's to blame for this mess? The mega corporations and China, that's who. They're pumping out more CO2 than ever before and they don't give a toss about the consequences.

But don't think for a second that we're off the hook. We need to start boycotting these bastards and show them that we mean business. It's time to put our money where our mouths are and start supporting companies that care about the environment. And don't give me that bollocks about how it's too expensive. What's the point of having a few quid in your pocket if the bloody planet is going to hell in a handbasket?

It's time to wake up, you daft sods. We're in the middle of a bloody crisis and we're not doing enough to stop it. We need to start making changes in our daily lives and start encouraging others to do the same. It's not just about recycling your bloody plastic bottles, it's about being mindful of the impact our actions have on the environment.

So, if you're one of those twats who think that climate protests are a waste of time, think again. We need to keep fighting for our planet and for future generations. It's time to take action and show those who oppose us that we mean bloody business!!!

  • I run a small business—mighty proud of it, too. We're a close-knit operation, work hard to deliver quality goods, especially around Christmas. It's the busiest time of the year for us, and we're prepping, hustling, bustling. But guess who's put a wrench right smack in the middle of our wheels? Fedex! Yes, the oh-so-reliable delivery service!

Here's the lowdown. Ordered some stock from my supplier, over £1100 worth of goods, and waited. Oh, how I waited. Finally, an email pings in my inbox—Fedex claiming they've delivered my parcel. But guess what? No parcel anywhere in sight.

I call Fedex. They "investigate." Oh, and what an investigation it was! They tell me my parcel was delivered to—prepare yourself—an Amazon Warehouse! By mistake! Now tell me, how does one make this monumental a mistake? How does a driver mix up deliveries so bad that they end up in the hands of my competitor?

But wait, it gets worse. Amazon refuses to give it back. Just like that. My goods, my hard-earned money, gone! Poof!

Then Fedex, oh Fedex, they have the gall to tell me to file a claim for my loss. So, I play by their rules. I file that claim. And you know what they deign appropriate as compensation for their blunder? A measly £200!

To say I'm furious would be an understatement. I am livid. I am outraged. And I am calling them out for their sheer audacity.

And so, my dear fellow small business owners, I implore you, do not use Fedex. Do not let your hard work, your investment end up in some warehouse, held hostage by a mammoth corporation. Don't let their blunders become your losses. We are the backbone of the economy. We deserve respect and accountability from the services we use. Let's not endorse incompetence. Let's stand up and demand better.

So, boycott Fedex. Boycott Amazon. Let them know we will not be bullied. We will not be robbed. And we will not be silenced. Let's make our voices heard! Let's take a stand! And let's safeguard the fruits of our labor from these thieves disguised as corporations.
