I've been dealing with Raynaud's disease for the past 12 years. It's been a real pain in the ass, or should I say, a pain in the hands. There's no cure for this little bugger of a disease, but there are ways to manage it. I've tried everything from medication to acupuncture, but reducing my stress levels has really helped me out.

Unfortunately, with the whole Covid pandemic and the endless lockdowns, my stress levels have been through the roof. And let me tell you, my hands have not been happy about it. For the past three years, my Raynaud's has been hitting me hard. It's like my hands have a mind of their own and decide to turn white and numb at the most inconvenient times.

But now, things are looking up. The pandemic is over, and my stress levels are finally starting to come down. And guess what? My hands are feeling much better too! It's like they're finally coming back to life after being frozen in time for so long. Maybe I can finally stop wearing gloves all the time even in summer...

Whilst Raynaud's disease may be a pain in the ass, but with a little bit of stress management, it's possible to keep it under control. And now that the pandemic is over, I'm feeling hopeful that my hands will continue to improve. Who knows, maybe I'll even be able to play the piano again without my fingers going numb something that I havnt done in years. One can only hope!
