The very next day, these genuine reviews VANISHED. It's not the first time this has happened either! Yet, when defamatory and abusive reviews — clearly authored by competitors, NOT real customers — popped up, Trustpilot REFUSED to remove them.
To add insult to injury, these negative and false reviews were pushed to the top of my business page. Trustpilot seems to have a twisted strategy: sort reviews not by date, but by how much they can PISS OFF business owners. It's a manipulative ploy to coerce us into subscribing and paying them to manage our own pages.

So, I wrote an honest review detailing my experience with their shoddy service. But little did I know, Trustpilot would send my details off to the company, allowing them to come after me with legal threats.
Can you believe that? I wasn't even defaming them or anything like that. I was just speaking my truth. But that didn't stop those bloody nerds from removing my review and then contacting me with their empty threats. I mean, who do they think they are?
I'll tell you what, if I wasn't bound by the law, I would have driven to their bloody headquarters and smashed their faces in with a hammer. But alas, I couldn't do that without getting caught because the police would know its me because trustpilot would tell them.

Emails fail also, and I cc’d them to me as well, so I know they went through.
